First 30 · Practical guide · 5 MIN

You’re part of RETO. Start here.

Your account, your next class and a simple path through your first month at RETO.

One step at a time

You have joined RETO. Now it is time to make training part of your week. First 30 brings together nine short guides: getting your account ready, understanding how we adapt training and building practical habits outside the gym. Read at your own pace and return whenever you need a reminder.

Set up your access

Find your Wodify access email and use its personal link to set up your account. That link is unique; this page does not replace it. If you already have an account, keep using your existing access. Download the Wodify app and sign in with the email you used when joining.

Download the Wodify app

Wodify · iPhone

Wodify · Android

Use the email associated with your membership. Downloading the app does not replace setting up your account through Wodify’s personal link.

Book your next class

Open the schedule in your member account and choose a class you can attend. Check the booking date and time before closing the app. If your membership is missing or you cannot sign in, contact the team so we can check it. You do not need to buy another membership or register for another trial.

Your place in class

We will know you are getting started. Your coach will guide you through the work and adapt it to your pace and abilities. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and clear up any questions. You do not have to master the movements before joining in.

What counts this month

Understanding a cue, finding a repeatable class time or feeling more at home are real steps forward. This collection does not require a particular weight or class count to earn your place. Start with your next visit.

Membership, account and booking are connected but distinct

Enrollment makes you a member. Your Wodify account provides digital access. A booking reserves a particular class. They are connected, but completing one does not always mean you have completed the others.

If you have joined but have not chosen a class, review the schedule through your account. If you chose a time, check that the booking is confirmed. You do not need to return to the public trial form for every training visit.

When account setup is needed, Wodify’s operational email contains your personal access link. The Journal is a public guide and does not contain a password or individual activation link. You can share the article while keeping your account access private.

Solve the specific obstacle

You cannot find the access email: check the address used when joining and your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact the team to verify the account. Buying another membership is not a solution to a missing email.

The app does not show what you expected: confirm that you signed in to the right account. If the membership or schedule does not match what was arranged, the team should review it. Avoid creating another profile as your first attempt; that can separate information belonging to one person.

You can sign in but are unsure what you booked: check date, time and location in the calendar. A booking screenshot can be a useful reminder. If plans change, use the account options and RETO’s booking rules.

A specific question helps: “I can sign in, but I cannot see my membership” describes the problem better than “nothing works.” Do not share passwords; you do not need to publish credentials to explain an account question.

Plan around the week you actually have

Start with one visit you can attend without rushing. Include travel, time to settle in and what happens afterward. A class that works only if you leave work at an exact moment may need a backup.

Keep preparation simple: comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, water and a checked booking. Extra accessories are not required. Your coach will guide the session and adapt the work to your pace and abilities.

Share any relevant injury, limitation or symptom affecting how you move before training. We know you are getting started; personal information about how you feel that day still matters.

Use First 30 as a library

The journey moves from orientation and adaptations to food, recovery and the next stage. Days organize the readings from enrollment; they are not deadlines for mastering each topic.

You can open the glossary before day 5 or revisit recovery after the first month. Use a guide when it answers today’s question. Save another for when you have more time. Understanding one useful idea matters more than finishing every article at once.

After your next visit, note one thing that became clearer: a cue, a booking you can now manage or the name of someone in class. That note gives you a reference for later reflection, even before a new workout score appears.
